Centrally located, across from the Community Center and directly behind the Kenyon College Outdoor Stadium and super close to the Kokosing Gap Trail which is a paved walking/cycling path that extends for miles in either direction. No pets allowed. Other things to note House Rules: Parking only allowed in designated drive way. No additional off street parking. Maximum of 3 vehicles. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE NO PETS Quiet hours begin at 11:00pm and end at 7:00am. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size. What we don’t allow: No private party or event Disruptive gatherings Open-invite gatherings There are to be no gatherings exceeding the number allowed to stay in the Airbnb unit (6) Disturbances to the surrounding community such as: Excessive noise Excessive visitors Excessive trash/littering Smoking nuisances Parking nuisances Trespassing Vandalism
