Luxury house w/Sea view next to Balos, strong WiFi

We created this modern place dominated by the blue sky and the green landscape, a luxurious house with a unique view. It was built in 2019 with lots of love and passion. Here the traditional way of living meets the luxury and the modern amenities. It lies in the picturesque village Kaliviani Kissamou, just a few kilometers away are the renowned Falasarna beach with the endless sand, the exotic Elafonisi, the breathtaking lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa with the Venetian castle. The space This modern house consists of 2 floors and an attic which can be used as third double bedroom. The interior spaces are decorated by designed furniture and modern decor-details, plenty of natural light is coming through the windows by offering you a great sea view. On the first floor of the house, guests can enjoy a spacious living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them in the dining area or outside in the balcony, enjoying the sea view. A WC is also available on the first floor. Moving down to the ground floor, guests can find two en-suite bedrooms with super comfy mattresses and a kitchenette. The is a common spacious balcony where the guests can enjoy their morning coffee with sea and garden view. There is also a bright attic, which can be used as a third bedroom or as an office. The space has a big desk which can se used as a working place - the WiFi is very strong and fast. Outside of the house there is also a small patio. One of the best restaurants in Crete “Grambousa” is located just 100m away!
