Our cozy house comprises of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped American kitchen and living area, a spacious veranda and a beautifully designed garden with a pond. The property is ideally situated within walking distance from a stunning tropical beach and turquoise lagoon (100 metres), supermarkets (400 metres) and a short drive away from the Black River Gorges Natural park for nature walks (4 kms). Everything you need for a memorable vacation. The space The house situated on the ground floor of a residential property is equipped with one air-conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed. The bedroom falls on the garden and is one block away from the beach access. The living area includes a sofabed, a fully equipped American cuisine with utensils, kitchen cutlery, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, oven, gas plates etc. The dining area and a spacious terrace merges with the luxurious vegetation of the front garden and its relaxing pond. Seated facilities are available there to enjoy your breakfast in a refreshing and soothing atmosphere or to enjoy your dinner. This open plan living concept in a tropical setting ensures excellent air flow all year round with air-conditioning also available for the cooler nights. Ample shopping, dining and recreational facilities are available in the area. We stay occasionally in an apartment upstairs to refresh and relax and also to make sure that our guests are satisfied with everything we have to offer. Usually check in starts as from 14hr and check out at 10am. But we are flexible with regards to check in and check out times depending on bookings we have. We will strive our best to ensure that the particular circumstances of our guests will be accounted for. Guest access The property is bordered by two streets and guest will access the house via the coastal road into the tropically designed green garden. You will be able to enjoy the front garden as you desire. One parking space, adjacent to the garden is available inside the property with additional free parking spaces on the street. The house is equipped with an electric gate for additional security. The guests on the first floor apartment access the property from the back street. The back garden is dedicated to them. Other things to note Parts of our funds are donated to associations for the benefit of children.
