Steps from the Beach with Large Private Backyard!

Come enjoy our beautiful home only steps away from multiple public beach access points. After hitting the beach for the day, head back to the house and enjoy the large private backyard perfect for grilling and lawn games. Or if you would prefer to go out, head over to downtown Milford for shopping and dining, take a train into NYC for a day trip, or enjoy some world class pizza in New Haven. Perfect for family / friend get-togethers! The space The first floor of our home includes a living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, and mudroom with washer / dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking essentials (food, spices and condiments are the responsibility of guests). The family room includes a large Smart TV with cable and WiFi. The couch in the family room can convert into a queen bed if needed. The dining room table has two leaves that can be used to extend the length of the table for larger groups. The 2nd floor includes 3 bedrooms (queen, full, and day bed that converts from a twin to a comfortable king) as well as a full bathroom. The 3rd floor boasts a private suite that includes 1 bedroom (king) and a full bathroom. The stairs to the 3rd floor are quite steep and become narrow at the top. The bathroom on the 3rd floor includes a walk-in shower. The house also features a covered front porch and a spacious backyard complete with a deck, large brick patio, and grass lawn perfect for games. There is also a gas grill on the brick patio which guests are welcome to use. Guest access The house has parking in front of it that can easily fit 3 cars side by side. The front door is unlocked using a passcode. The code will be provided in advance of your stay. Other things to note There are multiple public beach access points nearby the house. The closest beach is Burwell Beach (access point is about a 3 min walk or 500 feet). If you want to venture a little further or mix it up while you are visiting, there is also Anchor Beach (0.4 miles) and Woodmont Beach (0.6 miles), which are nice options. Silver Sands State Park is also a short drive away in town (12 min drive). This listing is professionally cleaned in between stays.
