Duplex Apt with Terrace in Heart of Williamsburg!

Come stay in the heart of Williamsburg - a vibrant, fun and eclectic neighborhood! The central location of this apartment will put you steps away from some of the best dining, drinks, coffee and shopping in the area! We are a 5 minute walk to the water, where you'll find a gorgeous waterfront park, as well as less than 10 minute walk to the train to Manhattan with several bus lines also available. We have lived here for 9 years and would be happy to provide recommendations! The space The apt is on the 4th floor of a condo building with about 30 other units. The big bedroom is on the bottom floor with the kitchen and living room. The smaller 2 bedrooms are on the top floor. The private terrace is on the top floor as well. The building also has a gym and roof terrace available for use and an elevator as well. This is our primary home so it will not be empty, however we will make some space in drawers and closets for you belongings to ensure for a comfortable stay! If desired, a cleaning service can be provided mid-stay for an additional charge.
