The space 35 The Salcombe is a well presented third floor flat in the heart of town, on Salcombe’s waterfront, with sandy beaches at East Portlemouth just a short ferry ride away. The apartment has one bathroom, and a double-size sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping two people. There is an open plan lounge/kitchenette with breakfast bar and dining table with chairs. French doors lead out to a balcony with stunning views of the main anchorage, communal garden, private outdoor swimming pool and moorings. With great onsite facilities, and boutique shops, beaches, and eateries nearby, 35 The Salcombe is ideal for a couple to enjoy a Salcombe break. The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is normally available from 23rd May 2025 to late September each year (subject to change). The flat can be accessed via a lift. Property maximum capacity is 2 adults only (no children) Allocated parking space for ONE car only. Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe. Pontoons to be removed for the winter in November - Moorings will not be available during this time. The pontoon wall is being repaired from late April until 23rd May 2025 and will be out of use. Please call the local office for further information Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon. PLEASE NOTE LARGE PICK UP TRUCKS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIT INTO THE SALCOMBE PARKING SPACES Strictly No Smoking
