Other things to note ELECTRICTY: At The Cozy Apartment we provide 24/7 electricity supported by the standby generator. That means in the event of power disruptions from the national power grid, the home generator provides electricity. However while the generator is in use guest can only use one air conditioner but can't use appliances with heating elements. SECURITY CHECK: Guest returning or arriving after 9pm, will be required to switch on the interior light of their vehicles at the gate leading into the Estate, we will provide you with an access ticket for easier navigation.
