Minutes away, you’ll find dining and shopping in the popular Seaside community. Inside, the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on separate floors of the home with separate exterior entrances. There is no interior staircase connecting the floors. This setup works well for two couples, or a family with grandparents, or older kids who want to stay together while retaining some privacy. When arriving at the home, a pathway on the left will lead you to the exterior door for the ground-level bedroom. This guest room, queen, has a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. On the right side of the driveway, a gate leads to a tropical oasis. Lounge and dine around your private pool (optional heat)! Enjoy the completely enclosed outdoor shower. The exterior staircase leads to the home's main floor. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. The living area has lots of comfy seating, as well as a daybed and sleeper sofa. French doors between the living and dining areas open to a screened-in porch. Nearby is a primary bedroom, king, and en suite bath, with a large tub/shower combo. A bonus feature is an available garage, a space perfect for storing bikes, beach chairs, and sandy toys.
