You are very welcome instead to bring your own food & drinks and cook there, with no corkage fee whatsoever. However, confirmed guests may arrange in advance with our caretaker for possible private arrangements, but this must be done directly. There’s also Food Panda and Grab food delivery service in the area. Guests also have free use of our kayaks, paddle boards and YouTube karaoke (TV, bluetooth speaker & microphones). Other things to note Our beachfront can be low tide sometimes and not swimmable, but that is not for the whole day. During low tide, go kayaking, paddle boarding and even crabbing when the tide is very low. Our seafront has a breakwater, which makes it safe for kids. You can also go swimming beyond the breakwater when it's low tide. For tide times, please visit tide-forecast website and search for Lian location.
