2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground level unit in a safe and quiet community. Location is very convenient to many destinations because it's 2 minutes from Highway 74 (Independence blvd). 13 minutes to Atrium Health, 10 Minutes to Novant Health Presbyterian, 7 minutes to uptown Charlotte, 9 min to Plaza Midwood, 13 min to NoDa, 18 min to CLT airport, 13 min to SouthPark, 8 Min to CPCC The space Full kitchen, dining room and fireplace. Laminate wood flooring throughout. Assigned parking (2 spots). - Patio - Washer /Dryer in unit - community pool . Can sleep up to 6 if both beds and sofa-bed are split by 2 people each. Kitchen has granite countertops and is sufficiently stocked with pots, pans, glassware, silverware and cooking utensils, fridge, microwave. dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee makers and tea kettles, plates paper towels, sugar, creamer, coffee maker etc... All 3 TVs have Rokus which will allow you to watch your own streaming services. (i.e., streaming service itself is not included in the rent). The condo is fully furnished: all mattresses are covered with mattress protectors and we provide extra linens. There is a Laundry closet stocked with supplies, and the bathrooms are stocked. Pets are welcomed, 1 max. We do charge $100 (non-refundable). This fee is for deep cleaning, and hair removal after departure. Please note: although there is a patio, it is NOT fenced in. The condo is 25 years old, so unfortunately there are some cosmetic signs of age on the laminate floors and interior kitchen cabinets. That being said, we took care to make sure everything is functional, clean, and comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, assigned parking spaces, and private patio. The Community also has a pool which is open from Memorial day thru Labor day. Other things to note This complex does enforce quiet hours from 10p.m. to 8 a.m. Please abide by those same rules during your stay. Any noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate. * A starter kit consisting of paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper etc. to last for a couple days. High-speed internet Washer/dryer Iron & ironing board Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted in the back patio. Smoking is only permitted in the front of the unit or parking area.
