Welcome to Poussan, 5 minutes from Bouzigues and its oysters, 15 minutes from Sète and 30 minutes from Marseillan and Agde. Between the sea and the pond, Poussan has all the amenities. From many hikes, you can enjoy bike, kayak or paddle rides that we can provide. Enjoy our regional cuisine: oysters, brasucade, cuttlefish rouilles, etc., or fish à la plancha from the famous halls of Sète, which you absolutely must visit. The space A peaceful haven that invites you to an experience of absolute relaxation. Nestled in the heart of a charming wine house, our independent apartment offers you a peaceful and comfortable setting for your stay. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one with mezzanine (office area) and a single bed suitable for a teenager. Our house is upstairs, but we've installed a privacy screen to preserve the privacy of guests. After a day of exploring the beautiful area, you can cool off in the pool or relax in our private hot tub hot tub, usable all year round, where you can enjoy a break of well-being and relaxation. To use the hot tub, you will need to notify us before your arrival if you want it to be at the right temperature. If there is no indication from you, we will let you take care of this. In winter you can enjoy the sauna. The pool is available from April to October. The house is not suitable for children under 10. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor, directly accessible. You have free access to the pool, hot tub and sauna. We stay upstairs. However, the pool, hot tub and sauna are common. We don't use them when you're there. There is also the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room which is a common area. Other things to note We can provide an inflatable kayak, an inflatable paddleboard and a bicycle. Household expenses include part of the additional EDF cost related to the use of the spa and sauna and the maintenance of these and the outside. You will therefore be asked to remove the sheets and towels before your departure and put them in the reserved bin in the bathroom.
