Shops and bakeries 1 km away The space The house can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people. 🍽 The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine) and provides basic condiments. 🛋 The cozy living room, with a dining area and TV, includes a sofa bed prepared for a comfortable sleep (for groups of 5 to 6 people). 🚿 On the ground floor, a (small) shower room and separate toilet can be accessed from the kitchen. 🛏 Upstairs, two carefully decorated bedrooms, equipped with queen-size beds (160 x 200), are accessible via a staircase (quite steep but made safe for children with a gate on the upper floor). 🌲 The enclosed property offers a private garden with garden furniture and a BBQ for a moment of absolute and intimate relaxation. 👶 Baby amenities available upon request (2 baby beds, high chair, changing mat, stroller). ❄️ Fans and a portable air conditioner in summer. 🔥 Wood-burning stove in the winter. ⚡️ EV charging station (paid service upon request). 🚲 Secure bike storage room.
