Family home with fantastic views. On a plateau above the picturesque village of Spigno Monferrato is our large, simple farm on 7000 m2. The swimming pool provides cooling and fun without the children falling in unseen. The large open barn offers shade and a nice place to enjoy an extensive Italian meal at a long table. The pizza oven is even next to it! For fresh bread you can walk to the village in 15 minutes via a nice forest path. Peace and space... The space The house is simply furnished but fully equipped: fully equipped large kitchen, spacious living room with TV (Canal Digital), 3 double bedrooms and renovated bathroom. But the place…. it's not for nothing that the previous owners called the house "Attimo di Pace": moment of rest. On the left overlooking Spigno Monferrato, behind the house the valley to the beautiful town of Acqui Terme with its hot springs, on the right overlooking a large reservoir and in front of the house a small vineyard. The site covers 7000 m2 and the fence prevents (small) children and dogs from leaving the site. Guest access The house has an extra bathroom and bedroom that may not be rented out.
