The space This unit is located on the 6th floor against a nature backdrop. Enjoy the serenity of the place while very close to tourist attractions as this is just a 3-5 minute drive to Burnham Park and very walkable, 7-10 minute-drive to Session Road, and SM City Baguio. Just please note that Montinola Subdivision is located on an elevated part of the CBD area so the street is a bit steep to walk on especially with our beloved old ones and when it's raining so please take extra careful if you prefer going by foot. Nevertheless, it's just how Baguio's terrain is. Enjoy the ride!🙂 It has a kitchen equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator with pots and pans, plates and cutleries, cups and drinking glasses, for your convenience. We also provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer is also available. You are also welcome if you fancy a Netflix-all-day, stuck in bed staycation or even just 'working from home away from home' for just some time. We have a strong fiber internet connection for those working remotely. It is indeed a relaxing atmosphere you can enjoy in the City of Pines. We hope to welcome you soon! Guest access The guest has a private access to the whole unit. Other things to note Please let us know if you are availing of the parking by the time you book your stay as we need to reserve the slot ahead of time for you. On your arrival the parking permit card will be given once paid via bank transfer/Gcash depending on your number of stays. The fee is P250/night or P4000/month separate from your Airbnb booking. There will also be a refundable deposit of P250 covering your whole stay with the same mode of payment as above for the Car Parking Permit Card and unit key to avoid any loss. It will be given back after check-out when the key and card is back at the lockbox.
