It has a kitchen equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator with pots and pans, plates and cutleries, cups and drinking glasses, for your convenience. Complementary coffee and tea are also provided. We also provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer is also available. You are also welcome if you fancy a Netflix-all-day, stuck in bed staycation or even just 'working from home away from home' for just some time. The unit is situated on one of the buildings of Zone Vill Condominiums in the tranquil and highly coveted Montinola Subdivision, along Kisad Road, at the back of Crown Legacy Hotel. It's neighboring complex are Zenmist Properties, Hotel Henrico, Starwood Hotel, Petron Gas Station, and Baguio General Hospital. Burnham Park, Melvin Jones Park, Baguio Museum, Session Road and SM City Baguio are very close as well as Military Cut-off Road leading to Camp John Hay, Baguio Country Club, Wright Park, and Mines View; Kennon Road and Marcos Highway are very accessible from the unit. It is indeed the perfect location for a perfect holiday stay you deserve. Public transport is easily accessible from the main road (Kisad) which is 5 minutes walk from the unit. Please let us know if you are availing of the parking by the time you book your stay as we need to reserve the slot ahead of time for you. On your arrival the parking permit card will be given once paid via bank transfer/Gcash depending on your number of stays. The fee is P250/night or P4000/month separate from your Airbnb booking. The unit is situated near BGH Rotunda whereby it's connected to all the main roads of Baguio wherever you're planning to go. Please let us know if you are availing of the parking by the time you book your stay as we need to reserve the slot ahead of time for you. On your arrival the parking permit card will be given once paid via bank transfer/Gcash depending on your number of stays. The fee is P250/night or P4000/month separate from your Airbnb booking. There will also be a refundable deposit of P250 covering your whole stay with the same mode of payment as above for the Car Parking Permit Card and unit key to avoid any loss. It will be given back after check-out when the key and card is back at the lockbox.
