The two bedroom villa can accomodate 6 guests as it offers a double bed in each bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The guests have their kitchen, living room and bathroom while on the second floor they have two bedrooms and a seperate WC. There is a terrace with swimming pool for guests to cool down during hot summer days. The property has a fence around the front yard with lockable gates. Private parking is available 100 meters from the property. Kitchen The modern kitchen is well equipped and offers everything the guests need to prepare meals during their stay. There is a oven, vitro cheramic stove, Microwave, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee, dish washer, cooking utensils, mixer, paper and cloth towels, coffee, tea oil, vineguar, spices and wine WC on the 2nd floor Is equipped with a toilet and sink. BATHROOM on the 1st floor Is equipped with a walk in rainfall shower, toilet, sink and has shampoo, soap, hair dryer and towels provided. BEDROOMS Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds and are located on the 2nd floor LIVING ROOM Living room is furnished with a sofa which can also be extended into a double sofa bed. We give our guests space, but we are available if needed. Sumartin is a port village in Croatia on the island of Brač. It is the youngest village on the island of Brač and administratively belongs to Municipality of Selca. According to 2011 census, it has a population of 491. Village was founded on 11 November 1646 - the feast day of Saint Martin - by the refugees from the Dalmatian coast and Bosnia and Herzegovina who fled from the Ottomans. It is connected by the D113 highway and by ferry. Sumartin was established at the time of Cretan War, also known as the War of Candia, in 1646. when a group of Franciscan friars accompanied by a number of refugees reached the easternmost tip of the island of Brač by boats as they were fleeing from Makarska Riviera due to Ottoman raids. The newly formed village was established around the already existing abandoned small church of St. Martin which had been previously damaged but repaired by the refugees upon their arrival. The beach is near the property so guests can enjoy their hot summer days taking a swim in the sea. Sumartin rent a boat offers an an opportunity for you to explore the coast with more freedom. The port village is known to be established around the church of St. martin which is an attraction for gusts to visit along with the Franciscan monastery which offer a great historic insight of the village. It is easiest to get around by car. To reach the island there is a Ferry from Makarska to Sumartin. There are also scooters and quads available for rent to travers around by land and rent a boats to traverse by sea
