Located just blocks from Snow Summit & extremely close to town. Huge renovated 3000+ square foot tri-level home. Ground floor/entrance is the second level. Master BD+BA upstairs on third level, 2BD+BA on main level, 2BD+BA downstairs on lower level. Decks/patios on every floor! Hot tub, BBQ, Sauna, huge yard, game room, gated RV Parking, 2 fireplaces, kitchen, laundry. This is the absolute perfect mountain getaway any time of year! All guests must agree to booking requirements listed below. The space This house is HUGE and you'll love it! 3 levels, all the perks, super close to the slopes, lake, and town - plus the backyard is sort of a 4th level. Sauna is on our first floor, along with a game/lounge room with fireplace and access to the lower decks, BBQ, and Spa. The backyard is huge, fully fenced, and perfect for kids, pets, bird watching, and enjoying all four seasons. Please note that occasionally we update furniture. The layout and quality is generally the same, and we sometimes upgrade as we go between seasons and guests! Games are subject to availability as we also switch them out from time to time. Also note that this house has many stairs from level to level. There is a fold-down futon-style couch in the lower living room that can be used for sleeping (pictured - not a sofabed), as well as a Queen air mattress available. Parking is strictly limited to 4 vehicles maximum. The home includes two garaged spaces but also more driveway space than you could need! There is also gated RV parking along the side of the home if desired. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and yard other than a few small storage areas that stay locked. Other things to note CHECK IN: In accordance with local ordinances, the person named on the booking must provide matching ID and sign the Good Neighbor Policy in order to receive home access info. Other guests will not be permitted to enter the home until this process is completed. Keep this is mind when booking and arranging travel. GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund & subject to fines. PARKING: In accordance with local ordinances, a maximum of 4 cars are permitted to park onsite. Parking more cars, or parking in the yard or street is prohibited. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. NOISE: Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times, and refrain from using amplified media outdoors. Voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily in the area. Spa use is not permitted during quiet hours. SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside as long as any ash, butts, or other debris are disposed of properly. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside fenced areas. EXTRAS: Snow shovels, toys, and sleds are for all guests to use and enjoy; please feel free use them but return them in good condition.
