This modern apartment with its own garage is quietly located in Essen-Rüttenscheid, just a few minutes from the RÜ, Messe Essen, Gruga and the city centre, and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a comfortable sofa bed and two workspaces provide flexibility. The fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, and fast WiFi are very convenient. A 55-inch smart TV and a PlayStation 4 provide entertainment. The space The comfortable accommodation in a quiet yet central location on the 2nd floor (no lift) offers fast WiFi and information about the neighbourhood. Use of the garage in the rear courtyard is included, which is very practical and convenient in the lively Rüttenscheid district. Guests will find two single beds measuring 90x200 cm in each of the two bedrooms as well as a workspace each. Bed linen is provided and freshly made up. The comfortable couch in the living room is a wonderful place to relax and a guest can also sleep here if required. Bed linen is also provided here. A Smart TV and a Playstation 4 are available for entertaining evenings. A baby cot is available on request (sleeping area 120 x 60cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher including tabs. Of course, all cooking utensils are also provided. In addition, salt and pepper fresh from the mill as well as 4 different spices and oils are available free of charge, so that nothing stands in the way of a successful dinner. We provide 2 bottles of water and a selection of coffee capsules and 6 types of tea free of charge. A filter coffee machine with coffee powder is also available, as well as coffee cream and sugar. The large and elegant bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub with free toiletries. A washing machine with free detergent can also be used. Towels are provided free of charge. The drive-through width of the garage is approx. 2.32 metres, the hight approx. 2,01 metres and the depth approx. 4.30 metres, whereby there are brackets at the front for hanging up a bicycle and, depending on the make of car, some distance must be kept from the brackets. If your car is longer, you can simply leave the garage door open. Guest access Guests will receive an email with an access code before arrival, which they can use for contactless check-in and to access their apartment at any time during their stay. Guests will also receive further information about the private parking space in the garage in advance by email.
