The space Enjoy your own private retreat! Your cozy downstairs apartment boasts a separate entrance on the bottom deck. Relax outdoors with a cup of coffee at the bistro table and two chairs. Step inside to a bright kitchen that opens to a hallway leading to the living room and bedroom. The living room, though small, feels inviting and open with a TV for entertainment. The comfortable bedroom offers a peaceful escape with windows looking out to private areas on both sides. Second bed (sofa bed) can be set up upon request before your arrival, but always has sheets and a comforter in case you decide to pull it out later. Third bed (single) is set up as a day bed more often than not, and can be tucked into storage if requested. This is your perfect hideaway for exploring Staunton! Guest access Unwind and spread out in your own private haven! You'll have exclusive access to the entire downstairs apartment, along with your very own spacious deck. Other things to note Here's some additional information to consider for your stay: Family Atmosphere: We have two lovely children, ages 6 & 8, who live here from Sunday evenings to Friday mornings. So there might be extra activity upstairs, we just want to be transparent about that. Friendly Canines & Kitties: (Not in the apartment!) We also share our personal upstairs space with one sweet mini labradoodle named Loki who may bark when he see’s guests arrive. Please rest assured, he is extraordinarily friendly. We also have three indoor/outdoor kitties, the fluffy gray one is named Bandit and he loves to greet our guests! Seasonal Touches: We enjoy adding some festive decorations for different seasons and holidays. If you have any concerns about these decorations impacting your stay, please don't hesitate to message me. We're happy to discuss alternative arrangements to ensure your comfort.
