Pyrenean stone chalet

Located at an altitude of 1200 m, in the heart of the village of Cathervielle, renowned for the quality of its air and its many fountains, you will stay in a renovated barn typical of the Pyrenees. You will be 10 minutes from the ski resort of Peyragudes, 10 minutes from Luchon and its thermal baths and 20 minutes from Loudenvielle with all its facilities for children as well as Balnéa. Many hiking trails are within easy reach, such as Lac d'Oo, Lac de Bareilles... The space You will have a large living room with spacious and fully equipped kitchen (and as a bonus, fondue and raclette machine, steam cooker...), dining table for 10 people and living room. On the same floor there is a double bedroom (bed 140x200) with its private balcony, a bathroom with toilet in addition to the toilet at the entrance. Then a dormitory with 2 bunk beds (4 beds 90 x 200), plus a sofa bed for the 9th person and this dormitory has a private bathroom. Upstairs, you will enjoy a superb suite (160 x 200 bed) with exposed beams accompanied by a living room and a large balcony with mountain views for your aperitifs at sunset... You will enjoy 2 parking spaces in the garden (except in case of snow and rain), parking spaces at the entrance of the village are provided. It is possible to rent sheets: €20/double bed and €10/single bed by notifying in advance. The cleaning fee of €80 is mandatory and the kitchen must be left clean (dishes done and put away). A ski rack for 4 pairs is attached to the entrance. A baby cot is available upon request. Remember to take your tea towels and household consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, 50l garbage bags, shower gel, etc.) I only provide the initial supplies. Guest access You will only access the chalet from the 1 st floor thanks to the garden path, and you will stay on the 1st and 2 nd floors. At the front door, there will be 2 steps to go down into the accommodation and from the living room: 1 step to go to the bathroom or bedroom with balcony. In rainy and snowy weather, the path to access the garden will not allow parking. For this purpose, places are provided at the entrance to the village.
