Classic ON MOUNTAIN ski-In/Ski-Out luxury chalet style perfect for East coast ski and snowboard living. Designed for entertaining and sanctuary, the condo is located a matter of feet from the beginner slopes and base lodges. A footbridge, just a bit away from the rear deck, connects the property to green circle beginner trails. This means one can take the trail to the first lift or, alternately, walk or ski across to the base lodges. The path allows one to go to the lodge area without skis/snowboard on. So NO PARKING/DRIVING HASSLES! Merely, park upon arrival and put the car keys away for your stay. Hunter Mountain is home to 4 wonderful seasons, each with their own array of activities. Other things to note: As with any townhome condominium complex, we have neighbors. Please try to keep loud noises to a minimum. For your safety, the safety of your property, and ours, there is a Ring Doorbell camera by the entrance to the unit that monitors traffic in and out of the home. Also, as you are in the mountains, there is wildlife all around, so please observe only and do not attempt to feed, approach, or capture. Remember: You are ON THE MOUNTAIN, so you'll ski in/ski out. For getting into the neighboring towns (Tannersville, Saugerties, etc), you'll generally need either a car or bike. There is parking for 2 up to two cars (directions for passes in manual) in the lot outside the house. Parking around town is not terribly difficult, with ample space throughout. We do have neighbors and sound travels in the mountains so please be respectful. No loud music outdoors between 10pm and 8am and no running of the larger appliances (washer/dryer, vacuum, dishwasher) between 9pm and 8am.
