The Nook - Nestled in the NorCal foothills

Our home is a rustic and inviting 1 bedroom unit, located in the foothills of Applegate! The bedroom boasts a cozy king size bed with beautiful nature views out the window. There is a spacious kitchen, dining and living area that is welcoming for everyone and boasts the essentials for your stay! We are close to many attractions - breweries, Auburn Wine Trail, hiking and biking trails, rivers, lakes and much more! This can serve as a central point for all of your adventures! The space •This is a single bedroom apartment on the first floor of a duplex located in the woods! You will enter from a floor level main door with keyless entry. There may be guests/tenants staying in our upstairs unit called The Nest Suite at the same time. You may notice noise from the upstairs guests. •Same building as our Nest Suite. Discounted rate if you and your guests would like to book both units. •If you forgot or need anything, check out the living room bookcase for games and entertainment, and the bathroom medicine cabinet for a hair dryer, first aid and sewing kits! • Please note, this is not a full kitchen, as we do not have a stove/oven. We do however have a hot plate with pots and pans, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle and all the essentials to help cook during your stay! • Pets have not been within property under current ownership. • No parties in the unit. • No smoking or vaping of any kind in our unit or on the property premises please. • Internet can be spotty and inconsistent due to our location. •Our home is on a well system, you may notice a subtle smell of iron when using the water. •Iron/ironing board, high chair and pack & play available upon request. Please message us before hand and we will do our best to have the item in the unit for your convenience! Guest access Please enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. It is wild and free, please watch your step when looking around! There is a quaint outdoor space with 2 chairs and a small table along the driveway. Please enjoy your evening sips or morning coffee in this little piece of undisturbed nature. Keep an eye out for the occasional deer or two! Other things to note Our internet can be spotty due to our location in the beautiful foothills. We have the best internet provided in our area, but streaming can sometimes be difficult. It typically isn’t a problem, but we like our guests to know ahead of time. Sound does tend to travel easily in our units. We ask that you please be respectful and honor our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Our unit is in a semi rural area and it’s not uncommon to see an animal somewhere on the property, we ask our guests to keep a watchful eye.
