Shade and sea

Cozy house great for enjoying Campeche beach. We designed the space with everything that is essential to spend days enjoying the beach. Located on a quiet, paved cul-de-sac, a few steps from the beach and close to access to Campeche Island. The neighborhood mixes native homes, fishermen and family homes. You will sleep listening to the sound of the sea and if you walk 80 meters, you will see the spectacle of the sunrise. The house is cozy, fresh, with a nice balcony on a deck with a barbecue. The space Sombra e Mar is a cool house, a reserved space, with a small deck/patio where there is a barbecue to make a roast and relax. The house has an air-conditioned suite. The other accommodation is a mezzanine, which is above the living room/kitchen, with a double mattress. It is important to note that the mezzanine, although cozy, has a low ceiling, and it is not possible to stand up. We have another bathroom besides the one in the suite, and the living room/kitchen is complete. Guest access Located on the ground floor of a set of five units: a large house on the ground floor, both with a private patio. Three lofts on the upper floor, designed for the privacy and comfort of guests, in order to be the base and complement of the numerous attractions that the island offers, especially the southern portion with beaches and almost untouched trails. Accessed via stairway, it offers shared laundry with the other units. We strive for privacy and intimacy in the accommodations, which does not prevent visitors from often socializing, since they come from various countries and different states of Brazil. The Sombra e Mar parking lot is for the lofts in front of the house. The guest has private access to the patio and the entire house.
