SDSU room in a cozy, spacious canyon view house

One bedroom with shared bathroom in a cozy, quite house with an enchanted backyard and a canyon view. Close to SDSU and 20 min away from other important destinations in San Diego. Female guests preferred. The house has been renovated and has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom comes with a comfortable queen size Murphy bed, closet, dresser, desk and chair . You can also use my beautiful terrace that has nice outdoor furniture including outlets for your computer. No smoking inside. The space About this space Cozy and private 2 beds/1 bath peaceful non-smoking house with a beautiful backyard and terrace. You will be sharing the house with myself, a professional woman in her 40’s. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, and German. I would prefer a female guest, no pets, no smoking inside the house. I work partially from home and I tend to go out of the house very often. I am very active, clean, responsible, respectful, and organized. The house has a brand, and well equipped new kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) , a brand new bathroom, well maintained hardwood floors, internet throughout the house, the terrace and backyard, central heat and central A/C. The bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen size Murphy bed. In addition, it has a closet, a solid desk and a chair. The advantage of the Murphy bed is that you can easily pull it up to have more space (yoga, stretching, etc). There are 2 windows facing west that provide the room with a lot of lighting. You will share the bathroom with myself. The shared bathroom has a modern bathtub/shower combo. One of the many perks of my house is that I have a big terrace with outlets, outdoor furniture, and an amazing view of the canyon. You are welcome to use this extra space. You are welcome to use the washing machine if you stay for a long period of time. Therefore I expect the same from my guest. I go to bed around 11 pm, and wake up around 8 am. Occasionally my boyfriend stays over. The house is located 2 miles to San Diego State University, and less than 15 miles to every important place in San Diego ( 12 miles Mission Valley Mall, 16 miles to La Jolla Shore, and 11 miles to Downtown). Also there is a convinient public transportation towards downtown. The bus station is 10 minutes walking distance from my house. Welcome!
