Villa Cielo with private pool in Canal D'Amour

Villa Cielo is for sure the newest, best located and most exciting property with private pool in Sidari. Featuring a truly huge private swimming pool (measuring 18m x 7m) with shallow section for children, a perfect location within Canal d'Amour area, 4 en-suite bedrooms and fully air-conditioned interiors finished to the highest standard, Villa Cielo is set to impress. The space Thanks to its privileged location with a wide array of shops, bars, restaurant, sandy beach and bus stop within easy walking distance, a car is not required: endless relaxation and superior holiday experience are guaranteed! Inside, Villa Cielo has been totally rebuilt to the highest standard with taste and style in mind in order to provide a totally new enhanced experience in Sidari. The villa is wide, totally brand new, airy and fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with sofas, large smart TV, fast wi-fi internet and big patio doors opening straight to the pool terrace. The fully equipped and fitted kitchen has all the essentials for a self catering holiday. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. An internal staircase leads up to the upper floor with 3 further en-suite bedrooms (1 double, 2 with twin beds) each having private balconies overlooking the pool. All the bedrooms also feature smart TVs, and bathrobes are provided together with towels and pool towels for all the guests. Outside, Villa Cielo features the most amazing private pool of Sidari. It measures the impressive size of 18m x 7m, it is beautifully lit at night, it features a scenic shallow end with in-water sunbeds and a separate section for children as well as a peculiar bridge (a great “selfie-spot”). For the lovers of outdoor dining, a shaded dining area for 8 is available, together with a brick built barbecue and a chill-out area with comfy sofas by the poolside. Private parking for 2 cars is available (yet, with such a variety of amenities virtually at your doorstep, a car is definitely not necessary). NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, pool towels, bathrobes, maid service twice a week with change of towels and linen. A refundable security deposit of euros 300 has to be paid on arrival and is refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the property. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
