The Communal Area consists of full kitchen access, living room, laundry area, and backyard. The backyard has a firepit, outdoor seating and large pool with volleyball net. A printing station is also on property for your convenience. The kitchen is supplied with new: Instant Pot, blender, air fryer, microwave, Kuerig coffeemaker, pancake maker, waffle maker, mixing bowls, cookware set, and stove with conventional oven. Move in requirements: -Signed Rental Agreement/Background Check The space The Bedroom: Your stay will be in a private bedroom with an shared bathroom, accessed by a smart lock. The room includes a projector with an Amazon firestick for all your streaming needs, just login to your favorite streaming site and enjoy! This master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, built-in storage and desk. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The Kitchen: You will also have shared access to the kitchen which is stocked with a new Instant Pot, blender, air fryer, microwave, Kuerig coffeemaker, pancake maker, waffle maker, mixing bowls, cookware set, and stove with conventional oven, as well as a shared laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is also a communal printing station with an extra monitor to plug your laptop in for added ease. The Pool: The backyard features a large in ground pool with volleyball net shared by all guests, which is cleaned biweekly. The communal areas of the home will also be cleaned biweekly at no cost to you, along with complimentary pest control. Security: The home is securely accessed via a smart lock with your own code, assigned upon confirmation of stay and signing of rental agreement. The property has security cameras on the exterior only, 4 on the main house and 2 on the detached casita in rear of property. Requirements: We are a long term stay in Henderson, NV, which will require a month-to-month lease. Don't worry there are no penalties for early departure. With that being said, we will request a background check, soft credit check, which you will request through a recognized third party. You will not provide me with your social, you will only need to show me a copy of your ID so that I may verify it is you. We are a household with other professionals who are also visiting or living here. We want to provide everyone a safe place to call home no matter how temporary. Guest access Guests will have their own private access code for the front and rear entrance. This code is yours and yours alone, please do not share with anyone as to maintain security and safety of all guests. During your stay We are local to the area and are reachable at any time through Airbnb or text.
