The space Complete with Bedding, StarterTowels, Toilet Paper and Trash Bags (you will need to purchase your own once you run out). Bedding Subject to Change from Pictures. The studio has a private entrance kitchenette and private bathroom DOES NOT share any inside area. BBQ Grill, Multiple Sitting Areas Along the Property. Back Porch with Jacuzzi to Enjoy Beautiful California Weather. Guest access Private Gated Entries to Property. Other things to note Greetings!! Welcome to your home away from home! We have been hosting guests from all over the world for many years and have learned from experience what guidelines and House Rules to put in place to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. So please take a few minutes to read this information. No outside shoes inside, please. Use of washer and dryer is not allowed No smoking in the unit Kitchen is for light-cooking only SECURITY - Gated Property with Security Cameras provided for your safety. Cameras are located on the outside of the property. PARKING - There is plenty of street parking, however, you must purchase and display a Parking Permit from the City of San Gabriel to Park Overnight (2am-6am). The fee is $4.00 per night. Parking permits may be purchased from permit vending machines from the following locations: San Gabriel Police Department, 625 S. Del Mar Avenue. San Gabriel, Ca 91776 San Gabriel Parks and Recreation Department, 250 S. Mission Drive. San Gabriel, Ca 91776 Please note: if you do not display a Parking Permit you will get a Parking Citation. Also, please note that you must park within inside the curb, otherwise you will get a Parking Citation as well. GETTING AROUND: Public Transportation is conveniently located within walking distance. You will find buses and links to Union Station in downtown LA were you can get on the metro and go anywhere in LA. If you are driving: Easy access to freeways ~ 5 FWY Golden State ~ 10 FWY San Bernardino, 605 FWY Pomona and 210 FWY (Freeways/Highways) CHECK-IN : 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM. CHECK-OUT: 11:00 Noon HOUSEKEEPING: The cleaning fee paid at the beginning of the occupancy is to provide you with a clean and SANITIZED lodging when you arrive. [We have undergone special training from Airbnb to learn best practices for sanitizing against the Covid virus]. We expect guests to keep your space clean and tidy at all times and to remove all rubbish, garbage and other waste on an on-going basis. Trash Cans: Black Trash Bins are Located Outside of the South Side of the Property by Back House Driveway and Next to Palm Tree. PLEASE BREAK DOWN YOUR BOXES AND ANY LARGE ITEMS. KITCHEN: Please do NOT leave food out as it attracts ants and other unwanted pests. The same applies for leaving food in trash cans, it attracts ants. In order to avoid this, please keep food in the refrigerator or else sealed in air tight containers; please throw trash in the trash bins just outside of the driveway. [ If we have to call an Exterminator has to come to get rid of ants, this will be at your expense.] ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE APPLED IF COOKING FOODS with HERBS THAT WILL CAUSE A PENETRATING SMELL TO THE HOME SUCH AS FISH AND CURRY. PLEASE TURN ON VENT AT ALL TIMES WHEN COOKING. KEYS: Please take good care of your key as you will need to call a locksmith if you misplace it. BATHROOM: Please refrain from placing too much toilet paper in the toilets. Do not throw paper towels, sanitary napkins, tampons or anything else that does not belong in toilet. [ If Plumber needs to be called out this will be at your expense. ] GUESTS: House is for registered guests only. A child regardless of age counts as a guest Person booking must be person staying. This unit is for 10 guests max only PLEASE NOTE: NO GUEST OR OVERNIGHT GUEST ARE ALLOWED DAMAGE: Accidents may occur but they are not included in the rate of your lodging. Please inform us of any breakage and we will let you know the cost and deduct it from your security deposit. If the cost is in excess of your security deposit, you will be charged this amount. SMOKING POLICY: Absolutely NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. If we do find that there has been smoking in the unit you may be SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE'S Smoking is allowed outside only AND will need to use the Ash Tray. No Hookah Smoking on Any Kind on the Property. No Littering on or Outside the property. No Drugs are allowed in or outside our home. Please Conserve Energy: We try to do our part and conserve energy so we ask that you have the windows closed when the air or heat is on. Please turn off all lights, appliances and AC/Heating unit prior to leaving the apartment. AC unit has a set to 68 and 74 degrees. PARTIES: We are careful to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, including our neighbors. Parties/gatherings are prohibited If anyone staying in our home is behaving inappropriately or irresponsibly, we're authorized to request the immediate departure of your entire party. If this occurs, the customer has no right to ask for the return of your security deposit or prepaid rent. You should also keep in mind that, when renting a property, you accept the terms and conditions herein, and are expected to comply at all times. The person signing the contract is responsible for the appropriate and decent behavior of everyone in your party.
