Ideal for singles. Located in Prospect Heights, close to all and the train, is surrounded by very good restaurants, small shops, and bars. My place is ideal for guests who are interested in exploring all that New York. Not ideal if you plan on having a guest. We are PET-FREE. The space Wi-Fii, cable TV, Coffee and Coffee machine. Use of all appliances, kitchen and dining area. Available without being intrusive. Guest access You are only renting a room but don't have to be a prisoner in your room. Bring your laptop downstairs and sit at the dining table, fix a light meal in our tiny but equipped kitchen. No frying or late-night cooking, please. I WORK FROM HOME so I will be around. If you plan on coming to NY to stay indoors, my space is NOT ideal for you. During your stay I am always available. Once you are checked in we'll connect on WhatApp. . Other things to note I love having guests. My place is well-priced and in a lovely neighbourhood. Several guests have booked and then requested permission for visitors...This maybe a Tictok hack but keep in mind this is a room in my home. I am not at all comfortable with unvetted strangers in and out of my home. If you know or plan on having friends over this will not be ideal for you. My room is best suited for a single person. Also, cannot accommodate large equipment like bicycles in the apartment or pets. Not ideal for those who travel to stay indoors.
