The gîte comprises of: On the ground floor (ADA accessible): - a large open-plan living room-kitchen (Senseo coffee machine), bright and comfortable with a pellet stove - a beautiful bedroom with a 160 bed and private bathroom/WC - a self-catering toilet - a storage room/laundry room On the 1st floor: - one bedroom with a queen size bed and a crib, with private balcony - one bedroom with three 90 beds (two of which can be attached) and private balcony - a bathroom/WC - a mezzanine converted into a real play area, playful and comfortable, with the net stretched! After a lovely day in the great outdoors, you can enjoy the sauna. Outside, you will enjoy an unfenced plot of more than 1000 m², a splendid terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, as well as a real pétanque court! Private parking lot. Not to be missed: Lake Chambon, the Chaudefour Valley (majestic circus where you can hike), Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise (medieval village), Saint-Nectaire and its church, the castle of Murol or in winter skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
