The gîte comprises of: On the ground floor (accessible PMR): - a large open-plan living room-kitchen, bright and comfortable with a pellet stove - a beautiful bedroom with a 160 cm bed and private bathroom/toilet - a self-catering toilet - a storage/laundry room On the 1st floor: - one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a baby bed, with private balcony - one bedroom with three 90 cm beds (two of which can be joined) and private balcony - a bathroom/WC - a mezzanine converted into a real play area, fun and comfortable, with the net stretched out! After a lovely day in the great outdoors, you can enjoy the sauna. Outside, you will enjoy an unenclosed plot of more than 1000 m², a splendid terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a real petanque court! Private parking lot. Not to be missed: Lake Chambon, the Chaudefour Valley (majestic cirque where you can hike), Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise (medieval village), Saint-Nectaire and its church, the Château de Murol or in winter, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
