Rose Des Neiges Cottage

The space Breathtaking view and exceptional cottage in the heart of the Sancy massif! The "Chalet Rose des Neiges" will amaze you in every way! The quality of the materials, finishes, services as well as a dream location in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park with a breathtaking panoramic view from the terrace over the Chaudefour Valley! The icing on the cake: a huge net overlooking the living room and a sublime decoration! We love: billiards, darts and the petanque court! The cottage is a self-catering chalet comprising on the ground floor (accessible to PRM): - a large open-plan living room-kitchen, bright and comfortable with a pellet stove (pellets provided) - a beautiful bedroom with a 160 cm bed and private bathroom/toilet - a separate toilet - a storage/laundry room Upstairs: - a bedroom with private balcony, a queen size bed and a baby bed - one bedroom with private balcony, three 90 cm beds, two of which can be joined - a bathroom/toilet - a mezzanine converted into a real fun and comfortable play area with a stretched net! After a beautiful day outdoors, you can enjoy the sauna. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets are provided (beds made), towels are provided, cleaning and heating. Outside you will enjoy an unenclosed plot of more than 1000 m², a splendid terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a real pétanque court! Private parking. Not to be missed: Lake Chambon, the Chaudefour Valley: majestic circus where you can hike, Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise which is a medieval village, Saint-Nectaire and its church, the Château de Murol or in winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Pets upon request to owner. Early August: hill race on site. Access from the bottom of the valley. "Pass" to be requested from the organizers (one "pass" per person).
