The space Breathtaking view and exceptional cottage in the heart of the Sancy massif! The "Chalet Rose des Neiges" will amaze you in every way! The quality of the materials, finishes, services as well as a dream location in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Volcans d 'Auvergne with a panoramic view from the terrace on the breathtaking Chaudefour Valley! Cherries on the cake: a huge stretched net overlooking the living room and a sublime decoration! We love: billiards, dartboard as well as the pétanque court! The cottage is a self-catering chalet including on the ground floor (accessible PMR): -a large open, bright and comfortable living kitchen with a pellet stove (pellets provided) -a beautiful room with a queen bed and private bathroom/wc - a self-catering toilet -a storage/laundry room Upstairs: -a room with private balcony, a queen size bed and a baby bed -a bedroom with private balcony, three 90 beds, two of which can be attached -a bathroom/wc -a mezzanine converted into a real playground and comfortable with the stretched net! After a lovely day in the great outdoors, you can enjoy the sauna. For your convenience, everything is included: sheets are provided (beds made), towels are provided, cleaning and heating. Outside you will enjoy an unenclosed lot of more than 1000m², a splendid terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a real bocce court! Private parking. Not to be missed: Lake Chambon, the Chaudefour Valley: majestic circus where you can hike, Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise which is a medieval village, Saint-Nectaire and its church, Château de Murol or winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
