A second bedroom presents a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, with nearby full bath. Some of your party might even choose to sleep in the soft, sectional recliners, or the overstuffed reclining chair. MODERN CONVENIENCES: For all its rustic charm, your cabin offers plenty of modern conveniences, including TVs in the living room, and both bedrooms. If you need to work remotely, you can, using the cabin’s Internet WIFI. Or take your work out to the covered deck and let nature be your backdrop. Shoppers, less than 10 miles away, Historic Downtown Blue Ridge features sweet little shops, a scenic railway, a Drive-In Theater and amazing restaurants, pubs/wine bars. Make a day of fun in town, then head home to your special, private getaway for a warm and cozy evening. Families, take a waterfall hike on the Appalachian Trail, go horseback riding, ziplining, or tubing the Toccoa River. Proximity to wildlife is a wonderful bonus of staying in a cabin in the woods. You will see plenty of hummingbirds, squirrels, and deer, too. The woods are also home to bears, which are breathtaking to behold. Respect their homes and their cubs—and do not leave food outside for them to come find—and you should get along just fine.
