Simple apartment, not renovated, with garden, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a large living room with two sofa beds, a dining area, a kitchen equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The room is completed by a bathroom with a shower and a patio equipped with a table and chairs. Very close to the beach and with a pine forest in the back that guarantees shade and peace. Dogs are not allowed. The space The apartment is very simple, with basic furnishings but with everything you need and in any case in a very nice location near the promenade. Upon arrival, I ask for a deposit of €100, which remains in deposit as a guarantee for the apartment and is returned upon departure. There is an accommodation tax of €0.70 per night for the first 10 nights, unless exempted, from the age of 12. Dogs are not allowed.
