Charming 1900s house w/ recent updates in South Omaha. Fully furnished. Utilities, wifi, laundry & private gated driveway parking included. Includes PRIVATE use of 1 bedroom on main floor (full/double bed, desk & 2 closets) & SHARED use (w/ 1 guest) of bathroom (shower/tub combo). Common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, enclosed porch, basement laundry & yard) are shared w/ 1 guest in bedroom across the hall & 1 tenant in basement. The space Charming, cozy early 1900s house with recent updates in South Omaha area, a 10 to 20 minute drive from most major hospitals. Fully furnished with all utilities, fenced parking and wifi included. Shared laundry room is downstairs in the finished basement. This rental includes PRIVATE use of the main floor secondary bedroom, and SHARED use of the bathroom (with 1 other tenant). The bedroom has a double/full size bed, 2 closets, an office desk and chair, blackout curtains, and a small personal safe with key and combination code for storing your valuables. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo and small linen closet. The other common areas (living room, dining room, enclosed sun room) are shared with the other upstairs tenant. The kitchen, laundry room, and yard are shared with the other upstairs tenant and the basement tenant/s. Full kitchen with new gas range and oven (as of 2022), dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and cooking essentials. Living room has a comfortable sectional and 40 inch TV. Porch is enclosed and heated/cooled year round. Laundry room is downstairs in the finished basement, with a new washer/dryer set (2022). PLEASE NOTE: - You only have access to the basement laundry room during set times, which will be worked out on a reasonable schedule depending on your schedule and theirs. - Entry requires climbing either 2 stairs or 4 stairs. Laundry room is down 1 flight of about a dozen narrow stairs. - This property is proudly LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friendly. Guest access There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one of which is your private bedroom while the other is rented to another tenant. The bathroom is shared between you and the other tenant. All of the main floor common rooms (kitchen, living room, dining room, and porch) are available for your use. The downstairs tenant shares access to all of the common areas, but is not allowed access to the upstairs bedrooms or bathroom. The finished basement downstairs has a bedroom, a storage room, a bathroom, a living area, and the laundry room. The ONLY room in the basement that you are permitted to use is the laundry room, and ONLY during designated hours (to be mutually agreed upon by you and the basement tenant). It is located immediately to the right at the bottom of the stairs. The basement bathroom is for the private use of the basement tenant. During your stay I currently live in FL for work and will be available via Airbnb or cell phone anytime. My brother lives across the street from the rental house and is available in person as needed. Other things to note QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM daily. VISITORS: Please note that the maximum occupancy for your room is 1 person. You MUST inform the other tenants if you will be having a guest/visitor over. Guests/visitors may ONLY stay overnight (defined as anytime between 11 PM and 7 AM) with prior permission from the landlord. PARKING: You may use 1 of the 2 assigned spaces in the driveway. Please make sure to close the gate before and after entry, though locking it is not necessary. The garage is off limits, as it is rented by the basement tenant. If you have visitors who need a place to park, plenty of street parking is available all along the front and side of the home (we are on a corner lot).
