The house has a private entrance on Vicolo del Castellare, from which you can quickly reach the town's two thermal stations: Terme Antica Querciolaia and Terme di San Giovanni. On the entry level, you'll find the dining area, living space whit dedicated work space and a full bathroom. A staircase leads to the master bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom. The apartment can accommodate 4 people – 2 in the upstairs master bedroom and 2 in the living area on a sofa bed.
