Guest has an eastern king with a Smart HD TV and 2nd guest room has a double bed with both rooms equipped with overhead and nightstand fans. Spacious downstairs includes a great/family room at the entrance with a couch and recliner and can accommodate a queen and single air mattress (available). The main living room has two couches all with reclining seats (which could sleep additional people if needed), a recliner, an 80-inch HD TV (and all the premium apps and standard cable), a remote-controlled overhead fan, along with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, with all the cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, air fryer, and cleaning supplies. Backyard patio has a dual propane and charcoal BBQ grill to go along with outdoor seating for up to 6. There is a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Laptop friendly workspace with Wi-Fi enabled throughout the house. Two parking spots on the driveway with plenty of street parking. Guest access Exclusive access to the house and backyard patio. The only space off-limits is the sub-level cellar and yard area that is gated off. Please do not access items located in the garage indoor parking spot. In order to continue being able to share this great home to others we ask that you please limit noise to 9:00 pm on weeknights and 10:00 pm on weekend nights. No smoking indoors and please remove any sand outside. Other things to note We are located on the border of Point Loma and Ocean Beach, close to all the action but in the perfect distance to not have to deal with the noise and parking issues that come with beach living.
