Our apartment 2205 is the perfect setting for your stay in Bavaro, a large living room with a glassed-in balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious King bedroom and two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, smart TV and fiber optic internet. The 365 residence offers free private parking, swimming pools, spa, private beach, restaurant and bar. Arrived at the parking lot, you will enter the corridor of building 2, and with the stairs or with the comfortable lift, you will go up to floor 1, to arrive at our apartment 2205. The electronic lock will facilitate your entry via a code that will be communicated to you before of check in, you will then enter the house, and immediately you will feel comfortable in the large and bright room. Everything will be easy and intuitive, and we will be at your disposal for any questions. Guests must be registered before their arrival by our staff, and at check-in they will be given a bracelet to access the residence during their stay. They will be able to freely use the 2 huge swimming pools and walk on the public beach. To use the sunbeds on the beach you will have to pay 10 dollars a day for consumables at the restaurant bar, the same goes for the jacuzzi area, which costs 100 dollars a day, and the gazabo which costs 50 dollars a day. all these costs are consumables during the day. You will also have at your disposal, for a fee, a spa and a massage centre. During your stay our staff will be at your disposal for suggestions, excursion reservations, car rental, airport transfers, and all assistance on the house and beyond. You can communicate with our staff by telephone, and enjoy your stay in complete privacy and relaxation. Once the reservation has been made, you will then have to send the copy of your passports to our staff, who will then confirm your arrival to residence 365, without this registration you may be denied access. The beach club is private, managed by the 365 residence, with rules and hours, and the cost of services such as jacuzzi, sunbeds, bar and restaurant are not included in the cost of the house reservation. You can then choose whether to use them or not. Parking and swimming pools are free to use.
