The 1-room apartment was recently renovated to a high standard and has a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining area with 160x200cm queen-size bed, dining/desk, cozy lounger for relaxing, which can be converted into a sleeping area if required, fast WiFi and opaque curtains & mirrored windows. It is also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt district, with the KarLi just around the corner. Nevertheless, it is comparatively quiet. The space I furnished the recently renovated, 37 sqm one-bedroom apartment with a large living/dining/sleeping area with great attention to detail. An open, inviting and cozy atmosphere was particularly important to me. The modern bathroom with shower, towel dryer and washing machine is functional. The spacious and bright living room with dining table and desk, comfortable “relax lounger” and 55” flat screen invites you to both concentrate on your work and relax. The “relax lounger” (couch) can be converted into a 140x200cm sofa bed. Adjacent to the living room - behind the room divider - is the sleeping area with a 160 x 200 cm bed, closet and opaque curtains. The adjoining, modern kitchen has everything you need for a cooking adventure. The apartment is located less than 3km from Leipzig's market square (center), in the popular southern suburb - with numerous stores and restaurants within walking distance - and yet it is comparatively quiet. There is a checkroom in the hallway. Suitcases can be stored in the storage room adjacent to the hallway. There are always plenty of parking spaces available directly in front of the accommodation (free of charge). After you have checked in to myStay, you can get your digital keys on your cell phone and use them to open the front door and the apartment door by pressing the “sliders”. Alternatively, you can enter the 6-digit payment code into the keypad on the apartment door to open it. Please note: A check-in form must be completed. Other things to note 1. there is a strict ban on smoking and partying in the apartment 2. please ventilate twice a day = open windows completely - leave bathroom door open overnight 3. bring slippers for those who get cold feet quickly 4. there is a small park opposite, which invites you to relax 5. there are plenty of parking spaces around the accommodation. And free of charge 6. Please take good care of your belongings. The apartment is newly renovated
