Modern living room with flat screen TV, dining room and kitchen with an outdoor grilling area. Enjoy the seating area and a cup coffee. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blending machine. First bedroom has 2 Twin beds and with an office table. The Second bedroom has a Full size bed The Third bedroom has a Queen size bed. The Last room is the Master bedroom which has a King size bed includes a flat screen tv with access to Netflix and Disney Plus and a door thats leads to the backyard. Parking onsite for 2 cars or maybe 3 depending on the sizes of the vehicles. Guest access The entire house, backyard, everything! Guest access The whole house is available. Other things to note Our Wifi Information: The WiFi Name: Spectrum setup -4CA4 WI-FI Password: internalshark342 Video Surveillance: The property has one ring camera placed in the front of door towards the side The second camera is located in front of the drive-way towards the side corner of the house The videos are not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the ring camera is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked immediately to leave without any money returned.
