Hillcrest has the most amazing views, beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony. The house is suitable for 8 people, there are 3 floors in total, please find the floorplan to see exact layout. Hillcrest is within walking distance to Biggin Hill Airport and less than 2 minutes by car. There is a public swimming pool and library at the end of the road together with bus stops. Biggin hill High Street is 5 minutes away where you can find waitrose, Costa and Tesco etc The space On arrival you will find a very clean, neat house. Hygiene is our number one priority so you can be rest assured that everything will have been sterilised before your arrival. All the mattresses and pillows have protectors on and are very high quality. All bedding, towels, pillows and duvets are hotel quality. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note We have a very strict policy on No Parties or gatherings of any sort allowed. If we find our guest's are in breech of this policy we will terminate your stay with immediate effect. The only people allowed to visit the property are the people who have booked to stay, or a maximum total of 8 guests.
