The generously furnished and spacious accommodation extends over two floors and offers everything your heart desires. Jump from the spacious terrace with sunbeds and barbecue facilities directly into Lake Neusiedl to cool off. A dock for small boats is also available directly at the property. An upstairs balcony offers fantastic views of the lake. The space The very modern house, furnished with designer furniture, has around 120m2 of living space, spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious open, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with TV, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and another large family bathroom with bath and shower which ensures that every guest can relax and feel comfortable. One bedroom also has a small working area with access to a balcony and an amazing view of Lake Neusiedl. On the ground floor, a terrace with barbecue facilities, sun beds, outdoor shower and boat dock extends around the house. Two parking spaces directly at the accommodation are also included.
