About us as hosts: we are a couple with extensive hospitality experience, including one of us being a member of HOSPA. The space Master Bedroom (top floor): King-size bed, smart TV with UK live TV, catch-up services, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. 2nd Bedroom (second floor): 2 single beds. 3rd Bedroom (ground floor): Double bed. All windows are fitted with blinds. Bathroom 1 (ground floor): Toilet, sink, shower and washer/dryer. Bathroom 2 (second floor): Shower over bath, toilet and sink. Open-plan living room (first floor): Smart TV with UK live TV, catch-up services, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Open-plan dining & kitchen area (first floor): Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. 2 balconies accessed from the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area (first floor). Driveway and parking available. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves. The key is in the lockbox next to the front door, and the code will be sent shortly before arrival. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are unable to provide cots for infants. Strictly no pets are allowed anywhere on the property, including inside, on the grounds, or on the balconies. Smoking is also strictly prohibited both inside the property and anywhere outside on the grounds or balconies. If either rule is breached, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund, and you may be liable for any additional costs incurred. Seasonal Note: To protect our outdoor furniture during the winter months, it is stored away in November, December, January, February and March. It will not be available on the balconies or patio during this period, although you are still welcome to use the outdoor areas. Our property holds a current Alderney accommodation licence and complies with all local regulatory requirements, allowing you to book with confidence.
