The apartment is accessible to all as it has no architectural barriers and in the driveway there is a ramp to allow easy access. Equipped with SmartTV and Wi-Fi. ↓↓↓ The space The "I Fenicotteri" apartment is a delightful, fully furnished studio apartment overlooking the enchanting panoramic view of one of the golf courses and the archaeological area of Nora. This makes the accommodation completely surrounded by flora and quiet, ideal if you are planning a relaxing vacation. The property consists of a small kitchenette with a dining table, functionally furnished and equipped with: an induction cooktop, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a Lavazza coffee machine (with pods, white/brown sugar/sweetener), the famous Italian moka pot with ground coffee, and a kettle with tea bags. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pans, bowls, cups and coffee cups. There is also oil, salt, kitchen rolls, cling film and cooking paper in different formats. The cozy and bright room also has a sofa bed that can be comfortably opened and thus provides an additional bed. Passing through the small corridor, you will find on the left an opening walk-in closet equipped with comfortable hangers, drawers, and a small ironing board with an iron. On the right is the bathroom with a shower with transparent sliding doors and all the bathroom fixtures. At your disposal you will find: towels of different sizes, bath mat, a first aid kit, shampoo kit + shower gel + hair cap + intimate soap and hairdryer. Finally, you will find the bright bedroom with a double bed, equipped with all the necessary linen, a duvet and pillows of different sizes to make you feel at home. There is also a 32" 4K SmartTV and a work desk with a chair. The bedroom is illuminated by a large French window (which can be covered by both dark and light curtains) that overlooks the veranda with breathtaking views of the archaeological area of Nora, the vast golf courses of the Is Molas Resort and the Torre del Coltellazzo. On the veranda, there is a table with chairs and a small cabinet where all the cleaning accessories and the laundry rack are stored. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and Toyotomi heating and PVC windows with blackout curtains. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the apartment. Safety: In order to identify and solve security problems within the Is Molas residence, in addition to the 24-hour internal security guards and the security guards who carry out judicial police activities in the evening and at night, the space has 18 cameras, connected from morning to evening with the ALARM SYSTEM Operations Center in Cagliari.
