Equipped with SmartTV and Wi-Fi. ↓↓↓ The space The apartment "I Fenicotteri" is a delightful fully furnished studio that overlooks the enchanting panoramic view of one of the golf courses and the archaeological area of Nora. This makes the accommodation completely surrounded by flora and tranquility, ideal if you are planning a relaxing vacation. The property consists of a small kitchenette with dining table furnished in a functional way and equipped with: induction stove, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, Lavazza coffee machine (with pods, white sugar/cane/sweetener), the famous Italian moka with powder coffee and the kettle with tea bags. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, bowls, bowls, mugs, and coffee mugs. There is also oil, salt, kitchen rolls, clear film and cooking paper in the different sizes. The cozy and bright living room also has a sofa bed that can be comfortably opened and provides an additional bed. There is also a 4K 32”SmartTV and a work desk with a chair. The bedroom is illuminated by a large French door (which can be covered by both dark and light tents) and from the veranda with breathtaking views of the archaeological area of Nora, on the vast golf courses of the Is Molas Resort and the Torre del Coltellazzo. On the veranda there is a table with chairs and a small closet where all the cleaning accessories and the clothesline for laundry are stored. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and Toyotomi heating and PVC windows with blackout curtains. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Safety: In order to identify and resolve security issues within the Is Molas residence, in addition to the internal 24-hour vigilance officers and sworn guards who exercise judicial police activities in the evening and night hours, the space has 18 cameras, connected from morning to night with the Cagliari ALARM SYSTEM Operating Center.
