Studio in the heart of Spa

The Gitel offers a new concept of modular accommodation according to your desires. In a large bright house, completely renovated in 2023: book your studio and stay like in a hotel, in total autonomy. Hikers, cyclists, car/motorcycle sports enthusiasts, tourists, (tele)workers or all at once: choose your comfortable Scandinavian-style cocoon (wooden floors & ultra-soft beds) and enjoy your stay! The space Studio 4 of the Gitel is defined as follows: A common ground floor with the other 4 studios: - A large living room with smart TV - A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The dining room consists of small tables for 2 people separated (which can be put together according to your wishes). - A toilet in the entrance hall - An honesty bar that offers beers and soft drinks payable by QR code through your banking app and that works on the simple principle of honesty (we pay for what we consume) available in September. The ground floor is therefore a place of sharing, conducive to exchanges. On the 2nd floor: -1 studio of 35 m² (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, living room, teleworking area with smart TV, bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower). The studio is lockable and independent of the other studios. The studio is spacious and bright, OSB covers the floor for a feeling of warmth and well-being. The new bedding is composed of upholstered bed bases and pocket sprung mattresses, enough to sleep like a baby. Check-in is completely autonomous thanks to the digicode of the front door and the key boxes located on the different floors. There are 3 parking spaces right in front of the house (to share), if there is a need for more, there are free parking spaces in the adjacent streets without problem. The cellar, accessible from the back of the building, is located on the same level as the ground. It has been rehabilitated, treated with lime and is now secured by a digicode door so that cyclists can safely store their equipment there. Electrical outlets are available to charge the batteries. A bike shop is also a few hundred yards away. Nearby: - City center: 500 m - Extratrail network departure: 500 m (Tourist Office), most of the other departure points are between 5 and 10 km from the accommodation (Theux and Stavelot) - Géronstère station: +/- 1.2 km - Spa Francorchamps Circuit: +/- 7 km - Thermal baths: +/- 1 km - MTB Trail Spa (mountain bike downhill course): +/- 1.5 km - Urban tri sport (bike shop): 600 m (closed Sunday and Monday) Guest access In good agreement with the occupants of the other studios, you will have access to the large living room and dining room open to the kitchen on the ground floor You will also have exclusive access to a studio consisting of a bedroom, a living room with a small desk and a shower room with adjoining toilet Finally, you will have access to the secure bike room located at the rear of the house. During your stay Julie and I are super available and very responsive via the app or by phone. We speak English fluently and will be happy to assist you in making your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note Check-in is completely autonomous thanks to the digicode of the front door. Once inside, you can pick up the keys to the studios and the apartment on the reception board. There are 3 parking spaces right in front of the house, if there is a need for more, there are free parking spaces in the adjacent streets without any problem. The house is located in front of "the island of the neighbors" as we like to call it, it means that it is on the street but behind and on the right side, there is a small island with some houses inhabited by very nice and welcoming neighbors. The house does not have an outdoor space.
