Farm stay in Monroe

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed. The space This studio apartment over my garage is a combination of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette (no stove or oven), and dining/work area. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. It is over my garage, so you will need to climb stairs on the south side of my home to get to your private entrance. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis and need to be approved by the host. There is a $20 pet fee per stay. Cats are not allowed. You can schedule a meet and greet with the horses for an extra $20 depending on my availability. Guest access You will park in the front of my home and walk up the stairs on the back side of my home. Other things to note This is a working horse farm where you can see me riding, training, or coaching. You may watch from your porch at no extra cost. If you would like to interact with the horses, please schedule that with me for an extra $20.
