Self-contained annexe near Stansted

Our one-bedroom self-contained annexe has everything you could need for both short and longer stays, including a well-equipped kitchen, lounge, double bedroom, private bathroom and garden. The property is located in the beautiful village of Henham. Nestled in the heart of the North Essex countryside, it is just a short drive to the beautiful market town of Saffron Walden, the shops and restaurants of Bishop's Stortford, and is ideally located for Stansted airport. The space **HALLWAY** Entrance hall with full length mirror, coat hooks and built-in cupboard offering good storage space (includes iron, ironing board, airer etc). **KITCHEN** Well-equipped kitchen with single oven, gas hobs, sink, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils. **BATHROOM** Private bathroom with bath, electric shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. **BEDROOM** Comfortable double bed, large chest of drawers, hanging rail and hangers. **LOUNGE/DINING** Sofa, TV (has in-built Freeview and there is a Kindle Firestick if you have Prime/Netflix etc and want to log in), fold-down dining table and chairs. **OUTSIDE** The annexe has its own private area of garden with bistro table and chairs. Guest access The annexe is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The driveway/gate entrance are shared but there is a private parking space for you. There is an area of garden outside the annexe dedicated entirely for guest use. The rest of the gardens are private. Other things to note We live on site in the adjacent house with our toddler and small (very friendly) dog. Whilst the annexe has its own private area of garden, there is no fence separating it from our garden so you may occasionally have our dog come to say hello if you are outside! (She is very friendly and just loves cuddles!).
