Paid parking areas are available around building e.g. FAME Mall, Greenfield District, Mayflower street. - Pool access is with extra fees approx. Php 150 per guest on regular days and Php 300 per guest on Public Holidays. Please pay directly to Admin office or inquire to any pool personnel present at site. Other things to note IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ & UNDERSTAND CAREFULLY!! The Property is a No-Smoking area, no smoking policy is observed in all common areas within the property. Guests can only smoke outdoors in the designated areas. Absolutely no incense or candles, they are fire hazards. Absolutely no drug use or possession of drugs on the premises by the guests, such use or possession is a clear violation of local laws and will be reported to police immediately. Strictly no pets allowed in the unit or in the building. Strictly no parties and loud gatherings. For security and safety purposes, guests will go through bag check-up procedures upon arrival at the property. If applicable, swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest(s) provided they pay the corresponding fees. Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests. Guests are responsible for their own welfare during the duration of the stay inside the unit. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes. Turn off all lights and AC when not in use or if you need to leave the condo unit. Unplug all devices before leaving for the day to avoid risk of short circuit or fire.
