Cedar Shade Cottage

Exclusive use of our family home with sunny south-facing garden in the heart of Sidmouth, less than 5-10 minutes' walk to the shops and/or beach. Available for weekly bookings during August 2025. Sleeps up to ten people. Parking available for up to four cars. Please note there is a separate annexe with double bedroom and ensuite shower room as part of the house connected via the kitchen (but kept locked) that can be booked separately or can be added to the main house booking if available. The space The house is detached and sits in a quiet close of four houses. It has its own driveway which adjoins the front porch. At ground floor there is a large dine-in kitchen with bifold doors out to the main patio and garden. The living room is open-plan to the kitchen and contains a further table within the bay window which overlooks the garden, providing a lovely space for drawing, playing boardgames, etc.. Off the kitchen, there is a separate door to the ground floor ensuite double bedroom which has its own french doors out to a small outside private patio which can be booked separately. At first floor there is a main bathroom and four bedrooms: one twin, one double and two large south-facing bedrooms with king sized beds, one of which has its own ensuite shower room. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the house apart from the annexe which can be booked separately and some additional rooms will remain locked and unavailable for storage of our personal items.
