Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The cottage is located in the small village of Älmtamåla, which is located in northern Blekinge, on the border with Småland. We are located 40 km north of Karlskrona and 60 km from Kalmar and about 50 km from Glasriket. With us, you can enjoy the tranquility and nature as well as lakes nearby. It is 600 meters to the nearest neighbor and to get to us you drive through two pastures straight up to the forest. Sometimes there are cows in the meadows. A real Bullerby happiness! The cottage was built in 1889. The space With us, there is a residential house and two small cottages. A total of 5 bedrooms. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is an attic room. In the attic room, there is 1 double bed and a single bed. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed that can be turned into two single beds if you would like. There is also a small room adjacent to the kitchen with a sofa bed for two. These beds are 80 cm wide. In the kitchen there is a dining table with room for about 6 people, but it is possible to set the table for more. Extra chairs are available. On the way up to the attic room is the small toilet. There is a sink as well as a shower and incineration toilet. On the property, there are two small cottages that are furnished as bedrooms. In one cottage, which we call Påskliljan, there is a double bed for two people. There is also an outdoor shower and a sink with running water. (Hot and cold) The small cottage is also equipped with a veranda with a roof and outdoor furniture for rainy days. The smaller of the small cottages we call Erik's shed and in it there is a 120 cm wide bed. In both cottages there is electricity and lights. On the property, there is also access to an outhouse. In the garden, there is a fireplace, a large outdoor table and a smaller round table. Under one of the maple trees, you can sit at another table when it is sunny and warm outside. Guest access With us, you can use the cottages that we have described under "Your accommodation". Other things to note We are about 6 km from a public swimming area (Bredasjön in Holmsjö) and about 1.5 km from the lake where you can fish. Fishing licenses are available for purchase. In Holmsjö there is a small grocery store, a railway station that takes you to Karlskrona, Vissefjärda or Emmaboda and further if you change trains. Fur also has a swimming area (Västersjöns swimming area) 6.9 km. In Vissefjärda, which is about 9 km away, there is also a grocery store and a public swimming area. In Emmaboda, which is 25 km away, there are two slightly larger grocery stores, a Systembolaget liquor store and a health center. If you want a larger selection, you can go to the World Heritage City of Karlskrona. (About 40 km) There are several shops and shopping centers as well as a cozy little city center and proximity to several sea resorts. In the area there are several hiking trails.
