The villa, with panoramic views of Mount Etna, boasts a large garden with olive grove and an external courtyard. The property is located in Trecastagni, a town in the Etna villages which is the perfect starting point for visiting the majestic Etna Park. The nearest sea is about 12 km away in Acireale, towards the north you can visit Taormina and Giardini Naxos! Private parking spaces on site. The space The space is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR: - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka, table and kitchenware; - DINING ROOM with large dining table and second table; - LIVING ROOM with three sofas and fireplace (the fireplace CANNOT be used); - SMALL RELAXING AREA with sofa, 40" TV and armchairs; - BEDROOM I with double bed and chest of drawers (communicating with BEDROOM II); - BEDROOM II with double bed (communicating with BEDROOM I); - BEDROOM III with double bed and two armchairs; - BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - EXTERIORS: courtyard with tables and chairs, portable barbecue, garden and olive grove. -> FIRST FLOOR: - BEDROOM IV with double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe; - BEDROOM V with double bed; - BATHROOM II with shower, sink and toilet; - BATHROOM III with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, camping cot, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Private outdoor parking: up to 5 vehicles can be parked in the driveway to the property (the gate is not very wide, pay attention to large vehicles). In addittion, in the surroundings of the property there are many free (NOT guaranteed) parking spaces. PLEASE NOTE: - If you are traveling with small children, please pay attention to the internal stairs to reach the upper floor; there are also some steps inside the property, in the exteriors and at the various entrances. - The fireplace CANNOT be used. - NO air conditioning. - When used, the barbecue has to be cleaned. Guest access The house is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
