This family-friendly Airbnb features an open floor plan, creating a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. With 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, there's ample space for everyone to rest comfortably. The 2 bathrooms provide convenience for larger groups. Two bathrooms are located in the home and an additional outdoor shower is under the home! Outside, you'll discover multiple outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation and enjoying the coastal ambiance. Additionally, a cozy firepit invites you to gather around and create lasting memories. With comfortable bedrooms, a well-designed layout, and plenty of outdoor areas, this property ensures a delightful stay for all guests. Moreover, you'll find yourself in close proximity to popular attractions like the Island Way restaurant and the Ocean Crest fishing pier, ensuring an enjoyable and convenient vacation experience. Neighborhood highlights - Beach Access- 0.15 miles near two beach access points! (Less than 5 min walking to the beach) - Ocean Crest Pier- 0.2 miles - Island Way Restaurant- 0.2 miles - Middleton Park & Splashpad- 2 miles The house has plenty of parking on site. Many guests opt to rent a golf cart during their stay. Oak Island implemented seasonal paid Beach parking. If renting a golf cart (otherwise known as LSV) please ask the company to provide one with a parking pass for you! Our AirBnB is central to many shops and restaurants which are also walkable or easy to reach by bikes or a short car ride. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the owner closet. Other things to note Walking distance to Island Way Restaurant and the Ocean Crest fishing pier. Pets are limited to no more than 2 small dogs under 40lbs. Please confirm type of dog when bookings. No other pets permitted due to owner allergies. A $200 pet fee is applied (prior to taxes and fees). Guests are provided with a starter kit of products including a few laundry pods, dish pods, sponge, couple trash bags, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of toilet paper. Please plan accordingly and bring extras as needed based on the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are included with this rental. This does not include beach towels so please plan accordingly. Items required for the outdoor area such as firewood, starter and charcoal are not included. Routine maintenance may be required during your stay. This includes Lawncare and pest control. The companies will only access the exterior of the home unless you provide consent for the interior of the house to be treated as well.
