The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various cooking utensils. The heart of the apartment is the balcony with lake view with cozy lounge and hanging chair. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning in a quiet and cozy location. The residential complex is located on the northwest shore of Lake Neusiedl. In the complex there is a large lawn, lake access with swimming facilities, tennis courts, table tennis, a lounge, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. In the immediate vicinity is the solar thermal bath and a playground. Purbach/Neusiedler See train station is a 5-minute walk away. The closest supermarket is 1.5 km away.
