Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire unit – no sharing with others. GUEST ENTRANCE AND PARKINGS : 1) We offer a free private indoor car park with a maximum of 2 parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Access the private indoor car park via the lockbox. For private parking, guests can open it with a PIN code, and the remote control is stored in the lockbox. If you have extra cars, you can park them outside in the public parking space. 2) CHECK IN METHOD : The entire building has three(3) floors, accessible only by staircase due to its heritage nature. (NO elevator; guests are required to use the staircase.) Guests can enter the lobby by unlocking the first grill door with a keypad pin code, followed by another pin code for the second green wooden door. 3) ACCESSIBILITY AND SHARING AREA : - The sharing area are lobby area at G floor which is the waiting area and device charging area. - Iron, iron board are sharing in ironing room at G floor too. - Washer and laundry are sharing on 3rd floor rooftop. - 3rd (top) floor rooftop balcony are smoking and chilling area.
